Jesus in our brokenness

If there is one thing that I want so much to tell people, it is this: that He knows the desires of our hearts.  He knows our hurts.  He put on flesh and He understands what it is like to live a human life.  He came to make all things new.  He is there in our grief and our pain and our brokenness.  He allowed Himself to be broken, so that we would not have to bear the weight of our sin, an eternity separated from the Father.  He endured the wrath of His Father, so that we might have life, eternally, with Him!  He is not distant.  He is personal.  He is after your heart...and He wants all of it.
